In chaos, there is opportunity.
I help leaders find it.
As Seen In
About Me
-
I've spent the last 15 years doing one thing consistently: finding the opportunity inside the chaos — and helping others do the same.
I started out as one of three people at a boutique political consultancy, Aequitas, and within three years was leading a presidential campaign in West Africa and advising UN-partnered NGOs across multiple continents. I learned early that the leaders who win in complex, high-stakes environments aren't the ones with the most information. They're the ones who can cut through it.
At the Confederation of British Industry, I grew a £1m regional portfolio and built the organisation's first sustainability working group — getting organisations ready for the transition they all need to make. I was already seeing that the businesses that could make sense of the fast-changing landscapes would be the ones that shaped it.
Then I built one myself. As Co-founder and CEO of Compare Ethics, I landed enterprise clients including Zalando, Reiss, Reformation, and Barbour, built a community of over 60 of the world's leading retailers, and raised over £2 million from investors including Morgan Stanley. The business earned Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition, a place in Google's first UK Female Founder Accelerator, and the PwC accelerator programme. I then walked away from Dragons' Den with three offers.
I'm also a mother who beat cancer. And the experience didn't slow me down; it sharpened everything. It clarified my mission: to heal people and the planet through human-centred policy, business and technology.
Today I work in three ways.
I speak — on global stages and company offsites alike — on the topics I've lived: navigating post-truth complexity, green claims and sustainability, building businesses from nothing, and what it really means to thrive when life disrupts your plans.
I advise impact founders on the gap between a powerful mission and commercial traction — helping them find the right growth levers, build investor-ready narratives, and raise capital without losing what they're building towards.
And I advise C-suite leadership teams on the strategic clarity and communications confidence they need to operate — and grow — when the policy landscape shifts beneath them.
I'm not someone who theorises about navigating chaos. I'm someone who has navigated it — in politics, in business, in my own body — and come out the other side with a playbook worth sharing.
What I Do

Thriving after cancer — because disruption can be the beginning, not the end
-
I advise teams navigating complex policy environments, regulatory pressure, and high-stakes communications. Turning uncertainty into strategy and chaos into competitive advantage.
-
I work with impact startups to close the gap between a powerful mission and the commercial traction it deserves — from sharpening your theory of change to getting investor-ready and finding the growth levers that actually move the needle.
